Accounts and Onboarding

Creating an account on SimpleCivic.ai does not automatically establish a client relationship, initiate services, or guarantee access to any specific features, reports, or deliverables.

The purpose of an account is to allow prospective clients to express interest in the Service, communicate with our team, and begin the onboarding process.

Following account creation, users may be provided access to a general onboarding area or limited platform features while we evaluate project requirements, data availability, technical feasibility, and service fit. Because every organization, website, and technology environment is unique, services and platform functionality may vary between clients.

Access to client-specific dashboards, reports, integrations, data sources, custom analyses, subdomains, or other project deliverables is provided only after the parties have agreed upon project scope, access requirements, and any applicable service terms.

SimpleCivic.ai reserves the right to accept, decline, postpone, or discontinue onboarding requests at its discretion.

Where applicable, approved clients may be provided access to a dedicated workspace, dashboard, or subdomain associated with their organization.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly.

You may not:

* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network.
* Interfere with the operation, security, or performance of the Service.
* Upload, transmit, or distribute harmful, unlawful, or infringing content.
* Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Service and Content

SimpleCivic.ai provides information, analysis, monitoring, reporting, and related services intended to support informed decision-making.

Termination

You may discontinue use of the Service at any time.

You may request account deletion by contacting us at hello@simplecivic.ai. Upon verification and subject to applicable legal, contractual, and record-retention obligations, we will remove or anonymize account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or to protect the security, integrity, or operation of the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimpleCivic.ai disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimpleCivic.ai, its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SimpleCivic.ai during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
